Train Unit #1- BRAND NEW INTERIOR BUILD!

What an amazing place! We stayed with a group and rented the left cabin in the train car for a few days. It was awesome. We had our own private deck for morning coffee and a huge front deck for happy hour and grilling. The place was spotless. The bathroom was spacious and the set-up was great. Kitchen and relaxing area too. The common area (firepit and grill) was also amazing. The entire property was also well kept and beautifully landscaped. Plants, pathways etc. were all impressively maintained. We especially loved the "King Kong" wall as we nicknamed it. This place is great for a large group who likes to be together but separate as well. Kudos to the Roemmich's for creating an incredible oasis in Seward! We'll definitely be back...Jerry & Kate.

We very much enjoyed our stay in sleeper car #1. The novelty of staying in a train car intrigued us, and the outside was great for unique photos. But the inside looked and felt like a new and modern condo, as if we were the first ones to stay here. We were able to make breakfast each morning in the kitchenette and eat it out back on the private porch. The bed and couch were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was conveniently right out front. Wish we could have stayed longer to make use of the grill and fire pit on the main deck. No complaints with this stay. Our host, Rodney, was easy to communicate with.

Voor toekomstige Nederlandse gasten: prachtig verbouwd treinstel met 2 units, beiden geschiktvoor 2 personen. Uitstekend bed, goed ingerichte kitchenette, heerlijk douche. Bonus: een groot terras met avondzon en overdekt voor als het regent. Prima grill en zitje met haardvuur en grote eettafel. Een aanrader als jein Seward wilt verblijven. And for all international travellers: Beautifully renovated train car with 2 units, each suitable for 2 people. Excellent bed, well-equipped kitchenette, and a wonderful shower. Bonus: a large terrace with evening sun, covered in case it rains. Great grill and seating area with a fireplace and a large dining table. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Seward

We had an excellent stay in Sleeper #1. It was well equipped and cozy. Plenty of amenities to prepare breakfast and dinner in between adventures. It was very clean and well thought out. Highly recommend staying in one of their properties.

What a fitting place to hang your hat while staying near Seward! Rodney and Marcella have done a remarkable job with this renovation and it was amazing to watch all their progress on a digital frame entering the residence.
